After the success of our debut release, RT001: BODY MOVE, Myriad. returns to Rhythmic Trifecta with a 5 track journey through House and Breakbeat, heavily influenced by Acid, Hardcore and Electro.

Syncopated drum grooves, club friendly bass weight and a plethora of synthesised sound design underpin an EP that refuses to fit within one genre. This project remains elastic in its versatility and fantastic as a no holds barred rough and ready slice of electronic music.

Dance Bubble:
Intricate fast paced drum programming creates the deception of a much higher tempo as a brutal bass presence juxtaposes beautifully woven samples and synth lines.

By Your Side:
Emotive chords and melodies decorate a chuggy, warm low end which feels as club friendly as it is right for home listening. Arpeggiated acid lines, emotive vocal samples and almost italo-esque sound design makes for a banger that could fit on a Bicep album.

Vimto Underground:
Arpeggios, skippy breaks and acid 303s contrast a warm sub presence in another track that feels both shiny and bright yet bold and rugged.

Disco Biscuits:
Heavy hardcore acid energy propels a track that keeps you guessing through erratic breakbeats and an unapologetically catchy vocal sample.

Broken Thought:
As spaced out and pretty as it is energetic and hardcore, Broken Thought mixes club ready weight and Think break chops with ethereal synth work.
